Lindsay Forced To Cancel Plans with Fergie · Aug 2, 07:59 AM by Jayalicious
Today it came to our attention that everyones favorite troubled singer/actress was so in love with Fergie’s song “Big Girls Don’t Cry” that she called Fergie a mere 2 days before her most recent DUI incident and asked her to write a song for her upcoming album.
Unfortunately the arrest now forces her to put the planned cooperation on hold indefinitely.
Honestly that girl needs a break from the spot light not more time under the public microscope..
Fergie Won't Give Up Her Jet · Jul 29, 08:12 AM by Jayalicious
Despite knowing the damage it does to the environment and recently performing with the Black Eyed Peas as part of the Live Earth event in London, she refuses to give up her private jet.
Saying:
“The best thing about fame is flying on a private jet, as I don’t have to go through security or wait at a regular airport. I love it – I’m not going to lie.”
Fergie Learned To Control Her Temper.. · Jul 26, 08:10 AM by Jayalicious
In therapy…
That’s right, recently Fergie revealed that it’s been years since her last argument saying:
“I’ve been in therapy for a few years so I don’t really lose my temper. It sounds kind of corny but I like to discuss rather than yell.”
“The last time was probably years ago in my early twenties when my ex-boyfriend threw all my clothes off the balcony. We didn’t break-up, though. It was a very ‘exciting’ relationship. Fiery!”
However she also revealed her belife that life’s misery is better for making good music.
Fergie Loves To Spend · Jul 13, 08:14 AM by Jayalicious
Today she revealed that without a doubt she is an extravagant if not utterly wasteful spender saying:
“My business manager always wants to know why I spend so much money on bags. Sometimes he’ll get a bill for $1,500 and wonder what it’s for, when it’s for one bag!”
“I’ve bought Josh two Rolexes because I want him to start a collection.”
That’s ok Fergie, we still love you, however I have to say quotes like this really make me wonder what the recording industry is complaining about when they say their losing money all the time.
Four Questions With Fergie · May 31, 02:42 PM by Jayalicious
Q: Why did you decide to do things this way?
Fergie: I wanted to try something different for my first time out on a solo tour. Small venues, free tickets and cool technology at all of the shows. What better way for me to connect with my fans directly and to get things started on my first solo tour?
Q: How much control did you have over deciding to have a high-tech tour?
Fergie: I’ve had a lot of control actually. It’s been a collaborative process with my team and the folks at Verizon. Originally, my manager came to me with the basic idea of giving away free tix thru the cell phone, based on his early discussions with Verizon. Then he and I discussed all the ways I could communicate with my fans directly and we just ran with it.
Q: What benefits do you think it will have for your fan base?
Fergie: First, the shows are all basically free, so that’s a huge benefit right off the bat. Plus, the shows are all in small venues, so it’s a nice intimate concert evening. I think the fans will get a better understanding of who I am as an artist and performer.
Q: What do you think about the crowd at the Murat?
Fergie: Loved them! The screams were sooo loud, I could really feel the fans at the show. Can’t wait to come back.
